Optimised coordinate generation for Arduino-based focus and motion control system for deployment in time-lapse photography

This paper demonstrated the design and implementation of a unique algorithm used to generate interim coordinates for focus transitions in time-lapse photography. Through prototype methodology, was developed function within limitations imposed by low-cost 8-bit microcontroller development cost-effective motion control system deployment photographic higher education. conceptualization virtualization MathLab comparison with values generated simulated real-world use-case, proposed tested efficacy generating that included coordinate estimation facilitate smooth non-linear during image sequence capture. The Arduino Mega 2560 proved capable completing calculations required data sets identical simulation. coordinated illustrated effective user-defined over smoothness transitions. is thus facilitating movement transition calculation while deployed on well suited deployments capture applications.
